Getting Started
Hi, hello everyone. I'm just a dude and I want to write a blog regularly. I'm not going to pretend it's the first time i write this kind of post. I've tried to start a blog at least thrice but none ended up with much of a follow up. One problem I noticed is that the pressure of writing something substantial discourages me from just writing whatever pops up in my head. Until recently I've used microblogging platforms like twitter, bluesky, even mastodon to write, but i feel like the character restriction and the way i have to write in parts when it comes to a longer passage is kinda exhausting (yes, paid twitter has no restriction, no I'm not paying Elmo my hard earned money). I tried to find a middle ground between a full blown blogging and microblogging, but i feel like none of the answer is satisfying to my need. That's why I'm writing here. My writing skill is horrendous as you can see, you're one tough soldier to even make it all this way, but yeah I'll try to improve along the way. It will be mostly just like an open diary, and i don't really expect anyone to read it, but anyone is welcome here. I'd like to make some new friends so if you may we can be one. I think that's about it for my first post. I'm not going to polish it in any way because I'm lowering the barrier for myself to establish the routine first, everything else can follow. that's about it, hope you have a lovely day!
